The Springs Inn, in Lexington, is a 2 star budget hotel. What travelers said they loved: "the place" and "the room". I simply love The Springs Inn. Been staying there regularly since 1992. I am in the horse business and Lexington, Ky. is a place I have to go to about 2 or 3 times a year. I've never stayed anywhere but The Springs Inn. Sadly, I just found out it is for sale and when it sells, it will probably be closing. It has been there since 1948. It is a Lexington tradition. Wonderful food, great atmosphere. I am very saddened by this, as I had come to know it as a safe home away from home. I wish it could stay as a hotel. Many great memories there.
